According to a recent survey, 86% of respondents had “at least some distributed teams practicing Agile.” Simply put: distributed work is the new norm.
And according to the same study, retrospectives were the third most popular Agile technique, with 83% of respondents indicating they employed them.
Despite these two dominant trends, as an industry, many of the retrospective tips, techniques, and best practices that we promote assume colocation. As a result, well intentioned advice is predicated on a false assumption.
In this webinar, Retrium CEO and Co-Founder David Horowitz will discuss the varying natures of distributed teams, the unique challenges they face, and some innovative ways of successfully retrospecting across time and distance.
